This permanently deactivates your ZiplyClinic login and strips personal fields from clinic.ziply.my. Clinics may retain medical records they are legally required to keep.
You can also delete from the app: Account → Delete account (type DELETE).
The App Store review login cannot be deleted. Create a new account if you need to test this page.
