ZiplyClinic is a clinic operating system provided by TELEAON AI SDN. BHD. We process clinic, booking, and medical document data so your organisation can run appointments and records on clinic.ziply.my.

Data we collect

• Account: name, email, password hash, optional phone and photo
• Clinical operations: appointments, visit notes, prescriptions, medical certificates, documents you upload
• Commerce: shop orders and Touch 'n Go / DuitNow QR payment sessions
• Care chat: in-app messages between patients and clinic staff
• Technical: server logs for security and reliability

How we use data

Data is used to authenticate you, run clinic operations, keep medical records, process payments, and provide support. Processing follows Malaysian PDPA and, where applicable, GDPR principles for EU users. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

Data is processed on ZiplyClinic infrastructure at clinic.ziply.my, operated by TELEAON AI SDN. BHD. We may disclose information if required by law. Payment confirmation may involve the Touch 'n Go eWallet app that you open separately.

Retention and deletion

Delete your account in the app: Account → Delete account (type DELETE), or use the web form at clinic.ziply.my/delete-account. That deactivates the login and strips personal fields from the production database. Clinics may retain medical records they are legally required to keep. The shared App Review demo login cannot be deleted — create your own account to test deletion.
